Retain Your Superstars and Institutional Knowledge
Empower your leaders to adapt and thrive inside your organization, not elsewhere. My Reinvention Competence approach helps them evolve and align their personal growth with your strategic goals.
reinvention is the new job security
seasoned professionals
More impact, happiness, and income in the second half of your career.

Redefine your potential and revamp your career. My signature 6-month program is for ambitious mid-career professionals looking for something bigger than mere tactics to land their next job. It’s designed to help you figure out what’s next and how to get there. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, tackle what’s holding you back, and get you moving forward confidently.
This isn’t about quick fixes or motivational fluff—it’s a guided process to help you build a career (and life) that fits you.
① Clarity in Uncertainty
Whether you’re feeling stuck or ready for a change, we’ll pinpoint your “sweet spot”—the intersection of what you’re great at, what excites you, and where you can make the biggest impact. With tools like design thinking, generative AI, and quick, low-risk experiments, we’ll test ideas and uncover the best path forward for you.
② A Mindset Overhaul (You 3.0)
Big changes can feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to.We’ll work on taming your ‘inner trolls’, building habits that stick, and setting you up to tackle whatever comes your way.Along the way, you’ll:✔️ Define a clear vision for where you want to go.
✔️ Break through fears and insecurities that keep you stuck.
✔️ Create systems to juggle priorities without losing sight of yourself.
✔️Map out and pursue a plan to confidently make your next move.
③ Decisive Action
Clarity comes from taking steps, not overthinking.Like a startup testing ideas, we’ll refine your story, explore new career paths, grow your network, run low-risk experiments, and position you as an expert for the opportunities you actually want.

teams and organizations
Talent is Replaceable.Institutional Knowledge Isn’t.
Employees excel at transforming processes, capabilities, and structures to keep up with change. But when it comes to reinventing their own careers, they struggle.Over time, they stagnate. They either leave, taking years of hard-earned expertise with them, or they stay—disengaged and underperforming.Either way, the institutional secret sauce that drives your organization’s success is at risk.My Reinvention Competence approach helps your leaders build the muscles they need to adapt, grow, and thrive, ensuring you retain their expertise and maximize their impact.

unlock your organization's potential by turning reinvention into a core leadership skill.

① Future-Proof Your Business:
Empowering your leaders to evolve their roles, upskill, and embrace change ensures long-term success for themselves and their teams. My fully-tailored program supports leadership development, succession planning, career transitions, and more.
② Keep your Talent Engaged:
When leaders feel engaged and fulfilled, everyone benefits.Giving middle managers tools to better navigate change can boost their effectiveness and reduce burnout. My Reinvention Competence approach helps them evolve in their current roles and pursue internal moves, which boosts their commitment to the organization.
③ Align Personal and Organizational Goals
There's a large pool of hidden and mismatched talent in your middle manager ranks. Many are unsure of how to maximize their potential and contributions inside the organization. My tailored approach aligns their skills with your business goals. This not only boosts their morale but also fosters innovation and teamwork.
My story
For over 20 years, I developed, launched, and managed multi-million dollar products and brands at top global corporations and consulting firms such as Unilever, Hyatt, Doblin and HDR.I have also trained hundreds of professionals in the principles and practices of design thinking. Along the way, I reinvented my career 9 times. At age 48, I hit a wall.I went through an intense period of self-discovery, experimentation, and outreach to figure out what I wanted to do next.I spent months interviewing and sifting through countless jobs online, but there was nothing out there I could say, "yes! that's me!." The more I searched, the less I found. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I was stuck, exhausted, and deflated.I found an abundance of career resources, but they largely emphasize how to land a job (e.g., how to optimize my resume and what to say in interviews). But my problem was different: I couldn't figure out what job I was trying to land.I began experimenting with tools and principles from Design Thinking, Brand Strategy and LEAN, and I quickly started to regain clarity, direction, and energy. Soon, my friends asked me to help them too. The results were stunning. My purpose became clear:To help other ambitious professionals like you, reinvent the second half of their careers.
